These terms apply when you use the Switchroom website or place an order through the Switchroom checkout. Product-specific terms shown on the product, cart and checkout pages form part of your order.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping, applicable tax and the complete amount due are shown before you place the order. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, unavailable allocation or misuse. If we cancel an order after payment, the affected amount will be returned to the original payment method.
Room Key recurring subscriptions
Room Key Entry is $89 every two months, Signature Room is $149 every two months and Collector Room is $219 every two months. Each is an automatically renewing subscription. By placing the subscription order, you authorize Switchroom and its payment provider to charge the selected price, plus disclosed shipping and applicable tax, to your saved payment method every two months until you cancel.
The cart and checkout show the amount due today, recurring amount, billing frequency and first renewal date before payment. Future renewal dates and subscription status are available under My Account → Subscriptions.
Cancellation and payment-method changes
You may cancel future renewals through My Account → Subscriptions. Cancel before the next scheduled renewal if you do not want the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order already charged or processing. When the active payment gateway supports it, you may update an eligible saved payment method from your account. Contact Switchroom if the self-service control is unavailable.
Semi-blind contents and Room Profile
Room Key is semi-blind, not a fixed-SKU bundle. The Edition mood, example categories and verified material direction may be revealed while the exact silhouettes and combination remain a surprise. Website products and images are illustrative examples or allocation candidates and do not define the complete range.
Room Profile size, piercing status, sensitivities and stated hard noes are treated as binding constraints when supplied in time. Color, style and preference notes guide the curation but do not guarantee a particular silhouette, stone or finish.
Materials
The actual Edition disclosure identifies the known base metal, plating or filling, stones, dimensions and care information. Gold plated, gold filled, gold vermeil, gold over sterling silver and solid gold are different constructions. No Room Key tier permanently guarantees vermeil unless the specific Edition offer expressly says so.
Shipping, delivery and risk
Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery information are presented at checkout. Dispatch timing may vary by Edition and destination. Tracking is provided when available. Please contact Switchroom promptly about an address error, missing parcel or item damaged in transit.
Returns, defects and refunds
Cancelling a subscription is not the same as requesting a return or refund. Returns, defects, exclusions and any refund eligibility are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy displayed on the transaction site and any product-specific notice shown before purchase. Contact Switchroom before returning an item.
Site content
Switchroom site content, original images, text and design materials are owned by Switchroom or used with permission. You may not reproduce or commercially reuse them without permission.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future orders. The terms shown when an order is placed apply to that transaction. For an order, cancellation or terms question, use the Switchroom contact page.
